I ordered the shoes almost 2 weeks before Christmas, but they were out of stock. They put it on back order and it took about a month to get them, but the price and the quality made it worth the wait. The staff was pleasant to talk to and was quick to respond to my emails.
Great Shoes December 27, 2007
Great shoes that are quite versatile. You can wear them everyday just casually. You can wear them to work. You can dress them up and wear them out. I get so many compliments on these shoes. My friends even try to steal them. A great loafer with a tassel. They do need to be worn for a few days to break them in, but all leather shoes are like that. The soles also need to be roughed up a bit so you don't slip. But again, most shoes with a leather sole are like that. Love these shoes. Have two pair, one brown and one black. I first purchased the brown and then a year later purchased the black just so I could wear the style of shoe more often. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the black pair came and there was a little staple on the inside that was poking me. I just pulled it out with some pliers and everything was good. The staple wasn't holding anything together, it was just there. That didn't happen with the brown pair, so all is well.
