Looks nice but loves to fall apart August 20, 2008 It's a really lovely dress and looks great when worn, if you have a little bit of a stomach it will hide it. Unfortunately the lace at the bottom will come off extremely easily while you're dancing.
Beautiful August 18, 2008 This dress is just gorgeous! I got the royal color and it is just beautiful. It is perfect for formal or casual dances and it comes with a shawl to wear too. I am thinking of getting some other colors of this dress.
LOVE IT! August 4, 2008 I ordered this dress for my bridesmaids. I absolutly love them, but they are alot longer than described. They go just about to the ankles. But it will be no problem to get them altered. I was also very pleased on how fast i got the dresses, only 3 days after i ordered them! And you can't beat the price for their quality. Overall, I am very pleased and can't wait to see my girls in them!
A+ August 1, 2008 Thank you for the beautiful dress. It was really easy to purchase this dress for my bridesmaids and my up coming wedding. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the stores so I went online and found this dress. It is very pretty. I had to send one back to get a smaller size and that was easy and quick also. Thank you.
Nice dress, lousy customer service July 8, 2008 This dress was a replacement for an earlier purchase which was too large. That purchase, by the way, was very smooth, and we received the dress quickly. We had thought another bridesmaid could use the larger dress, but at the last minute she changed her mind. We had a short turnaround time, and were told on 6/26/08 that it had to be ordered before noon on the 27th to be received in time. I ordered the dress at around 8:30 a.m., but when my daughter called to check on the order at 11:30, it had not been processed. My daughter was understandably upset when she was told that it would not be received in time, and in addition that it had never been the case that ordering before noon would insure this. This further upset her, and as a result of this conversation the order was cancelled BY PACIFIC PLEX, not ME (who placed the order) and the BRIDE had to drive to Riverside to purchase a dress. I knew none of this, as I was at a work related event and away from any phone. The dress itself is very nice, and as advertised, reasonably priced, etc but anyone in retail should understand the urgency that customers sometimes have and the accompanying emotions, especially when weddings are involved. I then got several confusing emails from Pacific Plex confirming then cancelling, then confirming again. The impression is of a probably young and not very professional company.
